Hi all could any one tell me where the relay for the head lights on my 110 FFR Perentie would be located as I have my right hand side low beam not working have tested the bulb & it works on both beams have checked the fuses there ok (tested with multi meter) only other thing I thought could be relay or feed wire from relay or supply to relay from the fuse.
Any help would be appreciated

There is no relay. (But it's a good idea to fit one, there is a traxide Headlight upgrade kit that would work)
On my Perentie I only had a warm glow coming from the lamps, not what you would call light. When I removed the reflector unit from the bucket I found that the original moulded plug had been replaced by blade connectors and I also found that the bullet connectors inside the guards on each side were poorly connected.
My first action was to replace the entire headlamp buckets with others salvaged from a civilian 110, I then cleaned the bullets and re-connected them (making sure the connector was tight).
In addition to the above I ran a new ground cable from the firewall, along the inside of the guard with the other wires, terminated that on the original ground post, but continued it to the bullet connector on the harness tail coming out of the headlamp bucket (replacing the original ground wire). I now have normal H4 illumination.
Still plan to fit relays.
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
As Diana says, no relay. The individual wiring for left and right low beam only split at the fuses, so your fault is between there and the bulb. Either the fuse holder is corroded to the point that the bulb won't light, or the connector behind the headlight itself is corroded or melted. It really doesn't take much extra resistance in a circuit like this to stop a bulb from lighting.
