Who wants a 4x4 rear diff housing in Sydney?

    Rear axle housings at Minto
    Hello all,
Not sure where to put this so I just had a go and put it here.
I bought 2 X rear 4x4 axle housings yesterday, 1 broken and 1 complete. Both at Minto.
I'm in W.A and only want the diffs and not real keen on paying the $1000 freight back to Perth.
So I'm offering the rear axle housings and axles to anyone who can pick them up and remove the diffs and then I'll pay for freight back to Perth for the diffs.
    Anyone interested?

    Regards,
    Tristan H

Hi fella. If you are not in a rush, and can get them both strapped to a pallet, put up a post in the AULRO courier service section. Its surprising Wht gets hauled around Oz for friends! Which reminds me, got to go and put a transport offer in there!

I can pick them up & store them until you get something sorted out.

I assume they're Salisbury type diffs so it will be a bit of work to remove them.

The assemblies were picked up and now in storage. Just have to get my arm out of a cast then we'll dismantle them.

    Pack and send.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    Diffs dismantled today.

The crownwheel is still mounted to the, hemisphere. Do you want them packed that or do you want them removed from the crownheel and sent just as crownwheels and pinion? (plus injector pump)

I'm not sure if there is a difference between the 4.7 hemisphere and the 3.54 hemisphere.

The 3.5 and 4.7 carriers have different offsets.

So he'll need the whole hemisphere then. Thanks.

(Was only thinking of shipping weight.) Guess I'm making a box tomorrow.

Thanks so much for everything !!! Now I must say, there is no hurry !!!
I'm saving my pennies for the next auction because I want some stuff from the PERTH auction.
So if it's not an inconvenience to you, I leave it till after the 18th to freight them.
If they are in the way, I'll just pay the freight now

Was there much corrosion or damage to the one with the broken housing?
