Picked up Lenny on Friday 19 Oct.

Gave it a good tidy up and checked to make sure everything works.

Fitted door locks

Fixed jammed heater controls

Fitted cargo barrier

Hi JB,

Each year Dookie (up near Shepparton) there is a Military Vehicle Display in October. There are all kinds of vehicles on display - Land Rovers, Jeeps, UniMogs, motor bikes, bicycle's, Hummers, etc.

Naturally because I like Land Rovers, I tend to look at them... And I thought that I recognised your Perentie..!

So you must have bought it just after the owner showed it?

A couple of upgrades to Lenny in the last few weeks.

I’m on the road!

Dual (or triple) Batteries on a Redarc BCDC 1225. Anderson Plugs are for solar in and power out. Looking to put a fuse box nearby to distribute power to fridge, lights and future water pump.

12v socket.

Paint test. (I like it, so more paint is on order)

Back section of a truck cab test fitted

Removed the bullbar (it’s for sale if anybody wants it)

I also installed a single Ute Drawer. This is half finished. I intend to install some form ply across the whole back over the top of this. So no good photos yet.

I also removed all of the fittings from the bonnet and have ordered a bit of checker plate. I need to paint the bonnet before I install the checkerplate, so no photo yet.
