thats a good price for them. i can only get them for $315
Looks like my cranking battery and marine auxiliary batteries are on the way out. Thinking about replacing them with a couple of D34s for $261 each delivered. Are the yellowtops still everything they're cracked up to be?

I replaced my aux battery with a yellow top about 4 months ago , so far I am impressed .
Drive safe recommended it as it recharges quickly , & it does .
I have an ARB fridge , vac sealer , lights etc weekend fishing trips are no problem at all , I am yet to try it for extended periods .
I just got a red top for my starter , but have not fitted it yet , will report back in a few weeks if you are still interested .
There have been some bad reports of tops warping & poor backup on warranty recently , but I have had no problems .
My fridge runs in the Landy all the time , typical overnite draw down is aprox 5% & charges back up to 100% within 10km or so .
If it lasts as long as the exide I replaced , I will be very happy .
I replaced 2 yellow tops in january with a red top for starting and a yellow top for the Aux not because of issues but because they were 7 years old
Yes there have been bad reports on them but there are bad reports about land rovers as well but do you believe them![]()
The comments were on here Auxiliary battery issues thread .
