    where to put aerial FL2

    Will be picking up a GME CB Monday and where do you guys think the aerial should go......
    Coming out from beneath the bonnet or out the side of front fender.
    All ideas welcome.

    I went out through the rear door and mounted above the rear cargo drivers window. Better reception than I on the bulbar or bonnet area

    Its on a FL2. Dont know whether it will work as the tailgate is one piece, not split like the Disco's 3-4.
    I'll have a look to see of thats feasable tho.

    Just thinking, if the rear door is 1 piece like a Subaru forester door, you can run the antenna wiring up the C pillar and exit the cable through the rubber cable protector that is at the top of the door. Exit the rubber protector on the outside if the door and run the cable to the gutter/track.

    Would that work?
