Thread: D2 reversing camera/bluetooth

Haven t done it myself - yet...

But I have been looking around a bit. I know Sony & Philips both do single DIN units that have a motorised screen. From what i have seen, either one should fit in the same slot, and both are capable of taking an Aux input for a camera.

You should be able to get a reasonable unit for around $700 - $800 depending on local pricing. If you are not scared about doing the work yourself, have a look on Fleabay for some good deals.

Just remember that it has to be a single DIN, not a double DIN. The doubles are exactly that - double the size & wont fit in the same slot as your original.

Perhaps a cheaper option is the GPS Logic Gear XL488 which also is a blue tooth and for $50 extra a reverse camera and then get a good stereo with USB port.
