Thread: DVD disc error. E: 25

My d2 disco has DVD/cd/radio player.
Radio works.
CD works.
Place DVD in slot, get disc error ( E: 25) every time.
Reset everthing in preferences and general setup.
Tried Multi, pal, ntsc and factory defaults and I note that these are USA
With no success
Help any thoughts.

Hi Mustang2,

Is CD/DVD player factory supplied or aftermarket?
If factory you should be able to get meaning of error code from dealer.
If aftermarket try manufacturer's Web site. Go to Support & enter model number.
You could even try entering make & model number followed by error code into a Google Search.
