    1. Open package containing reversing camera kit.
    2. Read instructions.
    3. Follow procedure described in instructions.
    4. Test function of camera.
    5. Problem solve any malfunctions.
    6. Clean up.
    7. Put tools away.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

what i think hamjam was getting at is where do you get the reverse trigger from....

answer: find the reversing light (on passenger side of the vehicle at the back, couple of inches above the chassis rail), unscrew it and you'll find theres 2 wires going to it, one will be the earth to the chassis, the other will be live with the ignition switched to "on" and the gearbox in reverse....

I connected mine via the key so I can use it as a rear vision mirror while I'm driving. It works really well.

I was going to wire mine to the reverse switch but just powered it via an ignition wire. I can still turn it off at the monitor, but can use it to see behind and when towing a trailer keep an eye on that. Keeps my missus amused for hours.
