    AULRO and Firefox 4.0.1

I've just upgraded downgraded to FF4.0.1 and now redirects from within AULRO won't open.

For example this link (from another page) Car Care Products / Car Care, Car Wax, Car Polish, Car Covers, Detailing products & more ... just opens a blank page, it doesn't open the http://www.carcareproducts.com.au/ website.

This is not the the only one, I've noticed it on all redirects on AULRO. I've also noticed FF4 won't open other links from other web sites. I have had to return to Internet Explorer.

I can't see any options in FF4 that I need to change to fix this.

Is anyone else having any problems with FF4?

Yes, Ron. Does it sometimes, not always. I just go back and try again. Usually works second time.

I'm on XP and have no problems.

I've had problems on the laptop running W7 with a lot of websites in general. Gone back to using IE for the first time in probably 10 years...

    Never works for me.

I think it's time to delete it and revert to an earlier version or back to IE6. I've never had much luck with FF - lots of crashes that never happen with IE6.

Don't know what you've done to your PC/Laptop Ron but for me FF is several orders of magnitude faster and slicker than Internet Exploder.

I've been running it since the beta version on my W7 PC and not had one glitch with it.

The links you provided opened cleanly within seconds.

Like the old adage goes "Your Mileage May Differ"

    Happy Trails,
    Iain
