Just wondering if anyone can recommend a simple "free" programme which enables one to back up iPod content to iTunes on a PC (Win 7 64-bit) (it's a different (new) PC from the original which was used to populate the iPod...) I seem to be able to add to the iPod OK but not back up what's already there

this is causing me a deal of grief ..
