    Yet another computer issue

    I have a number of pdf files on my computer. I can print all of these. However if I download my bill from Telstra I cannot print it. I cannot print from site or from saved pdf file. Can anyone explain why? Jim

    You using a PC or Mac?
    You will sometimes get conflicts between the 2 systems, and PDF's will be corrupt, or even unuseable at worst.

    I don't know why. You'd think a PDF would be the same regardless......but, no.

    You could try another reader. I quite like Nitro.

    It is possible to create a PDF document which, for copyright reasons, can not be printed by normal means. Just got to set the right security settings upon document creation.

    Why anyone would deliberately do this with something like a 'bill' is beyond me but Telstra have been mentioned.

    Have you checked that your actually 'printing' to your printer? You may be 'printing' to a file? Such things are possible.
