In Android, you should be able to go to Settings, Manage applications, and uninstall it from there.
I have a Braun android tablet (as sold at ALDI). My 5 year old has somehow downloaded / installed an app or opened a function on the tablet that I can not get rid of. It is a program that when you touch the screen a pencil appears and allows you to draw random lines. For each finger you put on the tablet simultaneously you get that number of pencils drawing. Once you lift your fingers off of the screen the lines go away. At the top of the tablet you get a set of X and Y cordinates as you draw the lines. It does not matter what program you have open you still have this overlay happening when ever you touch the screen. It is very annoying and makes typing something using the touch screen very difficult.
I do not know what the app / program is called, and can not see anything under settings or apps that may indicate what it is or how to delete / uninstall it.
I am open to any suggestions, my last ditch effort will be do a reset to factory settings, which I would rather not do.

Not familiar with that particular device, so I don't know which options are available by default with the ROM, but if "Developer Options" has been enabled, then it sounds like some of the "Drawing" options under the "Developer Options" tab in the settings menu. "Show touches", or "Pointer location" or both?
See if you have this "Developer Options" tab in your settings menu - will be down near the bottom of the list.
