WikiBeaks - Is it a wiki or forum?

Perhaps more of a forum admin question than computers, but here goes...

After being somewhat responsible for the WikiBeaks section being turned on, I'm a little confused. Is the Wiki section just another forum section with the exact same features as every other forum section? Being called a "wiki" I was expecting the format of an article that many people could edit/contribute to with a change log, etc. You know - similar to Wikipedia.

Am I missing something?
