Well, you got to wonder about any app that wants to turn on your GPS, access your contacts list, account details etc. simply to control your camera's LED light.

Why would you install them?

Google's recent dumbing down of it's permissions notifications doesn't help but I guess they did it because people don't have a clue about so much of what they do and it just confuses them even further.
