SubscriberI've got the dreaded "ads by provider" ADWARE and trying to get rid of it.
D/loaded and scanned malaware bytes - it found some malware but ads still there.
I checked the add ons / externions for all my browsers = nothing there.
I have AVAST and a scan didn't show anything.
Downloading adaware at the moment to try that next.
I notice that many of the good FREE SOFTWARE out there is now just trial versions with the free version no longer available / supported.
So - what are the best options out there these days?

SubscriberYeah well Well Spyhunter 4 is a bust anyway. Found lots but the removal tool is disabled in the free version. How very not useful !

SubscriberI have used this before to weed out things Malwarebytes would not find or remove. I thought it was good. Hitman Pro. When a suspicious file is detected, Hitman Pro will upload the file where it will then be scanned by 5 other anti-virus vendors before deciding what to do with it.
Fully functional for 30 days.
