The service providers router displays green lights, then red lights, them green lights, then........
Well, you get the picture.
Interestingly, the supplier of the internet and phone package are blaming the NBN.
"Explain to me this," I asked. "I can't use the phone I have with you but I am talking to you on a telephone from a different service provider using the same fibre."
He couldn't explain that.
I reckon it was their equipment at the exchange that was the problem.
Over the past few weeks the internet connection has been getting slower and slower. Maybe it was a faulty component that has finally failed.
Hopefully my internet will be back up to speed again. Mind you, the slower speed didn't cause that much disruption here but the total loss did.
