    runs great,,
in fact, I just ran the 3DMark 11 benchmark and it scores higher than my two 570's in SLI.

    not bad for $2

I saw the title and thought you'd missed the motor cycle section.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

yea, I have to admit I didnt check,,
but around 365W from one card--
    it was that era though,,
which is why I didnt really have to worry,,
because my last PC part consultant (coincidentally around that same year) spruicked a 1500W PSU,,
    Thanks again Inc

Been looking at the GTX 1080 but only just stuffed one of these in my Sons gaming machine. Glad he paid for it, but the price of these has plummeted since the 1080 was released, but it's still a great card. With the rest of the bits to make it run, he's out over $3,000 later, but wow, it can run just abount anything with all the settings on max. He's only a couple of hundred dollars away from the 32" 4K monitor to make the most of it.

I could buy another nice Land Rover for the same money, but whatever blows your skirt up I suppose.

I did think the liquid cooling was a bit of a ****, but when it's cranked up, it's like a small fan heater. . The main CPU's cooler is also liquid cooled. If nothing else, it looks cool. Of course muggins here got the gig to screw the whole thing together - I realy enjoyed building it and couldn't believe how far things have come in such a short time.

I've told him he's paying the next power bill...

Don't start asking me technical stuff - I'm just the spanner spinner that bolted it all together - he made it all work.

Funny thing is, it worked straight up and I've never built a computer before from scratch like this - my Daughters boyfriend - who is an IT nerd built a similar computer for himself recently and botched it completely.

    Maybe it was begginers luck.
