I use iinet, but have some issues with their security system. Your password is the same for everything, and is also used as the primary identifier between you and the telephone support.
I'm reasonably sure that the iinet telephone operators aren't even vaguely interested in me, but the blatant stupidity of exposing all of their users passwords to all of their telephone people is gobsmacking.
They don't seem to have tumbled to the idea that a password is supposed to be a secret...
Duh.
I dunno, say I was someone famous whose porn browsing would be of public interest.
