I do - speeds up the system for about 2 hours and then cloggs up - cleaning also takes out things I would prefer it not - like all my investments profiles which are a pain to put back in.

Any way - cleaning cookies from AULRO on each logoff seems to do the trick.

Garry;--with ccleaner you can "keep" whatever cookies you want,,,,

NM;-- mostly scrolling with the mouse wheel I get one roll of the wheel then resort to the side UP/DOWN arrows.

I can get it to work (sometimes) if I click randomly on the screen,,,,

All my internets are slow today, even from work. I have ADSL2+ too.

    Hi,

The following may be relevant, maybe not.

I have a MacBook running Safari as a browser. Until recently I was still using Adobe reader 5 from my old Mac. Noticed that this site had got slower at loading each new page, seemed to be slowed down by the Flight Center Ad @ the top left.

Had to download Adobe Reader 9 for some reason, and have since noticed this site loads as fast as any other now. Forementioned ad loads instantly now.

    cheers, DL

    How about this for weird?

Old house was on iinet, near the end of the month I got throttled to 64k AULRO loaded at a similar speed, maybe faster, to the un-throttled ADSL2+

New house is on Gotalk, ADSL2+, but only at 8Mbits until I bring up the fast modem. AULRO much the same speed.

Has anyone who has downloaded Adobe Reader 9 noticed any difference to the speed of this site loading (as per my previous post above)?

I downloaded 9.1 yesterday, and part of it was going into Safari, which is the browser I use. Aulro continues to be as fast to load as any other site.

    cheers, DL
