that should do it, oh and do the updates
Try Prevx
Prevx - Customer and Network Security and Breach Management
It will do one round of free scan and fix, then you have to pay.
Good at removing difficult stuff.

Try Malwarebytes' Anti-malware.
Last week I had Windows Anti Virus 2009 come up and even Spybot would not remove it.
Malwarebytes found and removed not only this one but about seven other low threats.
Given that I'm a mac person and don't generally have to worry about all this.... didn't Microsoft release a free anti-spyware? Did it work? I would have thought the software supplier should have been able to do that properly... ?
2005 Defender 110
yep microsoft released a free anti bad person kit of software but it leaked like a sieve, used more memory than half the other crud they write and did things like
this file is bad, do you want to delete it?Yes
Are you sure you want to delete it?Yes
are you sure that you just pushed the correct button?Yes
ok I just need to confirm that the last 3 times you pressed yes wasnt just a case of you having an epileptic fit while holding the mouse perfectly still over then yes button but hammering the left mouse button? Yes
are you sure your not having a fit? Yes
do you really want to delete this nasty bit of software that may cause your system to slow down, hang, or operate eratically? Yes
are you sure your not trying to delete the operating system? Yes
Are you sick of all the safety check questions? Yes
are you the system administrator? Yes
do you have sufficient access rights to delete the file? Yes
OK one last time Are you sure that your sure that you pushed the correct button and aren't having some kind of miracle siezure causing you to inadvertantly click yes and that you actually want to delete the potentialy harmfull file that you have established isnt the operating system itself no longer want to answer these annoying check questions and are the system administrator with sufficient access rights to delete the file? Yes
This potentially harmful file has ingrained itself into the operating system and your system will need to reboot forgeting to delete it on startup please re-install windows on a freshly formated hard drive. As part of the roll back system this file has created multiple backups of itself so forcing the computer to boot to a DOS Prompt (yes we still have DOS Windows is still just a pretty front end) and deleting it will only work untill you restart the Windows GUI
and
ERROR You have just moved your mouse, Windows needs to restart to effect your changes
