    And what you don't know, and will be totally lost on the PC fans is that how your mac runs now should pretty much be how it runs for it's whole life. In my experience they don't slow or wither with age like PC's. If you patch a mac you usually won't notice it - or if you do it will be an improvement.

    I am yet to meet someone who has done an wipe and OS re-install on a mac for a legitimate reason. The OS should last the life of the computer.

    And its the only upgrade of an OS that actually uses less hard disk space than the previous. 64 bit sounds nice an tempting but i am most interested in the potential ram upgrades, though how much ram do you actually need.

    Yep installed it on Saturday on two machines, takes about 45 minutes and free's up a heap of HD space. I got about 6GB on one and nearly 7GB on the other.

    Also boots sooooo much faster!!!!
