    disco wheel bolt patten

Does any other vehicle made in the known universe have a bolt patten the same as a series I discovery?? it would make trying to find new wheels a whole lot easier if there was more options than just LR derivatives

    Disco 1 is 5 x 4.5?

Plenty. The issue is the stud size as well.

Discovery 1 is 5 x 6.5 not 5x 4.5 unless I am mistaken. As far as I am aware the only vehicles to use this pattern are all Landrover Series, 90, 110, Defender 1948-2010, Discovery 1, and Rangerover Classic.

    Yes.

And Aftermarket wheels made for those models.

Some aftermarket wheels can be custom ordered and drilled but with modern patterns they are few and far between.

Also you have to consider the load rating.

I would say choice is better with D1 you can use all D1/ RRC/ county-fender wheels, with D2 you are limited to custom or modified wheels- D2 axles wont fit D1.

Given that the Disco I axles are fully floating, changing axles has no effect on stud pattern whatsoever.
