Mounting ideas - fire extinguisher & maglite

I've just removed my 4D-Cell Maglite (it has the proper mounting brackets btw) and the Quell fire extinguisher (with its bracket) from the Jeep, and am stumped as to where I can mount them in a 1996 Disco! Does anybody have suggestions and/or pics to give me some inspiration??? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Investigate the front lower edge of the drivers seat. It moves with the seat so fits all size drivers. The proper way to have an extinguisher is to have it in your hand ready as you jump out of the door. The maglite might fit next to the seat or behind the console, again having it close to hand is good!

If you have a cargo barrier they are good to mount things to.
    Cheers, David.

mag light could either be bolted to the floor between the seat and the door or the lower seat frame again on the side. You may also be able to mount it on the tansmission tunnel next to your seat and just below the console but it would be a PITA to fit.

How big is the water pistol?

My cargo barrier should be arriving tomorrow, and after having a good look, think this will be the most suitable mounting spot. Thanks for the suggestion!

The Jeep had perfect places for these, but can't do the same with the Disco unfortunately.

In my RRC , I have the extinguisher under the rear of the front seat mounted on the floor strengthener. AFAIK Discos are the same architecture.
I have my maglite on my cargo barrier.

    High guys
just a matter for thought, watch where you mount extinguishers etc. They become missiles in accidents, I 'm a Qld fire fighter and have seen some bad injuries from items flying around in accidents. Make sure they are well secured.
