Thread: hi all looking for help with disco1 2 door

hi all new to landys i just bought a 1993 disco 2door with a injected 3500 v8 it was cfheep and now to get a few folts fixed.
#1 it has no fan at all has hot air when switch is on hot but no fans at all as per other threads it has all fuses checked is there any way to check other things without stripping dash right back?
#2 driving home the alternater light came on dimly checked charging volts and without headlights its about 14.30volts with lights on its down round 13.2ish volts.
it has a 175-75 factory alt can i put a bigger amp eg 85-100 amp alt from the 3.9 v8 thanks alot for reading any help in the right direction would be mint

#2 Check all the earth straps between the motor chassis and battery negative, run a new heavy one from battery negative to engine block if needed.
