If you don't get an answer soon PM me and I'll scan my workshop manual and stick it on image shack.

Just got home from work and can't be bothered typing it all out at the moment.

On mine I just crawled under the vehicle and tightened the nut on the rear of the handbrake drum until it went firm and then backed it off a bit. Make sure the handbrake comes on after about 2 to 3 clicks, and does not drag. The Rave manual mentions about adjusting the adjustment screw at the base of the handbrake lever but this was a pain to get at hence the adjustment on the rear of the drum.
