I did put a new set of injectors in at about 500,000 but when the originals were tested the spray patterns were still spot on. Just the pressures down slightly. I did the change as i had lost a bit of power. the new injectors made absolutely no difference. I then opened the pump up slightly and was astounded by the difference in power. Am running a fixed fan with an aluminium radiator. Besides not having to drive by the temp gauge,the extra air thru the intercooler gives an improvement in 5th gear performance up hills saw egt at nearly 700 in 5th up a hill the other day.
Water temp peaked at 89 at the crest, usually runs at 87 or 88. the injector pump has had a governor shaft o ring put in and is starting to seep again.
