measure in 6cm from bottom rear of wheel arch... then draw a line from that point to make the arch look like the above link.. and cut.. tin snips or an angle grinder is the way to go...

i'm yet to do it.. but i'm also yet to get my suspension and tyres

?? what offset mate i'm running 31/11.5/15 on a 8 inch rim with a neg 25 offset on standard suspension and they only just rub at full compression on the front the rear on the other hand rub bad under the door but a 3/4 inch bump stop extension would stop this

I am running Cooper S/T and i have not ripped a lug off yet! As for the front, wind out the steering stops (at full lock) and you may not have a problem. If you run simex or rather aggresive tyres you might have dramas on standard steeles! As for high speed i have not had any dramas.

Thanks Discojim, but the rubbing is not coming from the radius arms, its higher up in the guard. Possibly stiffer springs or extended bump stops may do the trick.
HBWC, THE 265/75 were on standard D1 rims, the 31x10.5x15 are on Sunny/ Dynamic? style rims, not sure of the offset.
    Cheers Dean.
