Try ARB and see if they know. Look out for "Scotch locks' that may have been used to join 1 wire onto another. Mine had these and I have gradually replaced them all. They will give you heaps of voltage problems.
Hi all,
Just got my first Landy, a D1 Tdi300 ..... only took 40 years!
My question is.... a blinker fitting is shot (rusted out) in the ARB non winch bar. Is this a LR part, or if not, where may I find a replacment?
Thanks,
Daryl.

Daryl,
Try any good truck parts store or auto electrical parts supplier. I had the same prob with my ARB bar and got some great LED units that can also be used as parking lights, they're brilliant. However the openings in the bar had to be modified minimally to do this.
The place I got mine from Hyway Truck Accessories at Chipping Norton in Sydney has a web site with these items available. However, i paid $35 for each of them in February they appear to be a lot dearer now.
Cheers
Rob
Thanks for your replys guys.
I just asked a mate who's right into Landies and he said it's a Hella part that comes with the bar. Reckons they're around $35 ea, so I might as well look at doing the LED modification.
Again thanks,
Daryl.
Addendum.......
Turns out that my mate was wrong .... they aren't Hella, or Narva. I found my local ARB stockist had them @ $35 / pr.
I also found out why the original unit failed ........ idiot that installed the bar had stretched the indicator wiring so tight that the rubber grommet for the wires had pulled over to one side, leaving an air gap for the ingress of mud, etc'. Was obviously just too simple to use the supplied wiring harness.
Daz.
My bullbar has been on for 6 months and I still haven't wired up the blinkers.
Will get onto it one day?

Might be the scotch locks, but usually the blinking trailer light is because of the extra power draw of the blinkers in the bar, just like if you were powering trailer lights.
To stop it from happening you need to lower the wattage of the globes or change to leds.
