they fit fine, im not sure what my rims are and what offset they are though, but they are the same rims I was running the 235's on.
I just starts behind the wheels (front and rear gaurds) and trimmed from the bottom of the gaurd up to where the black plastic moulding runs along the car and curved it back into the wheel arches.
I trimmed alot more off the back than i did the front.
But with a 2in lift and some gaurd trimming they'll fit fine. You may need to adjust the steering stops on the hubs to stop the rear of the tyres scraping on the radius arms at the front though with the 265's so you may loose a bit of turning circle radius.
