Get a GOOD quality set of "EZY OUTS" and screw in (left handed) and you should have no problem removing the broken part of the bolt, replace with a brass elbow fitting with a barb to suit the size hose you are going to use, stick a fuel filter on the open (top) end and secure (zip ties) as high as you can get it in your engine bay, good luck, Regards Frank.
