Thread: multi function unit

hi, can anyone tell me where the multi function unit for the rear window demist, int wipers, rear wipers, etc is located for a '95 300TDi please. half of the system controlled by this unit don't work on mine but the others do rather annoying lately with this rain.

the MFU is located in the rear side from the fuse panel, under the drive wheel.
You have to take in mind that some features only work with some previous conditions: front lamps water pump only with them working, the same for fog lights, no rear wiper wih opened doors, etc.
There is a full diagnose test procedure in the manual, you can start it by turning the key on with the rear demist button pushed, then release it and so and so...
