Fits up real goodIf you dont mind me asking, what sort of $$$ to get one sent over??
hey guys
I got my mudpod a couple of months ago and finally found the time to get it fitted. Its an easy fit, just time consuming relocating the air locker switches from the centre console to the dash, all the wiring had to be extended.
anyway, its a neat bit of gear, well made and fits well up on the dash as you can see. I put the air locker switches on the drivers side and it leaves heaps of room for some gauges.......
anyway, heres a pic

I think it was around $90 AU delivered......
just trying to source some suitable switches for the winch isolator, in cab winch in and winch out, spotties and wading then they can go in as well which should also leave enough room for a voltmeter and temp gauge.
wading ?
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

yep, wadingI have endless air fitted which fills a reservoir (old fire extinguisher) mounted under the rear floor. This supplies air for the lockers but also feeds air pressure into the diff housings and bellhousing for waterproofing/wading....the switch activates the solenoid for this, does that make sense

not entirely sure, it was set up this way when I got the car. The main reservoir sits around 100psi but I am sure this isnt pumped into the diffs![]()
I only use it sparingly and for shorts periods so theres no way the seals get to this pressure, I reckon they get to around the 20psi before its goes off again![]()
I have been keeping an eye out for ages for something like that and it looks perfect.

fitted a Watchdog engine temp gauge today and stuck it to the top of the mudpod, looks right at home there and easy to see (whens it not in direct sunlight)
The old girl sits on 80deg, which is a bit cool I thought, will have to get the 'good book' out and read up on that.
anway, heres a pic
found this while I was adding the pic to the computer, can you guess why its a favourite??
