Thread: roofrack removal

HI All,I want to remove the factory roof rack on my Disco.Just wondering if any one has done it and is it a painull job?If there is already a thread on this ,I appologise,and could someone direct me to it..Thanks...

I have not personally done it, but have seen threads on it.

I believe you need to remove the interior roof lining to get to the nuts that hold the rails on, so a bit of a pain in the ass unless your lining is sagging as well.
