No matter how good the work is a poor attitude to both existing and potential customes will quickly drive any business into the ground. And bad news travels further and quicker than good news.
A good reputation will only support a business for so long and then whammo - no more customers.

Absolutely, not defending them just sharing my experience.
Owners and all employees have to remember customer service is everything, and one wrong attitude can cost them hundreds or thousands in lost labour charge!
