    tdi disco dual battery and intake mods

    ok so ive tried the search function, but what im after is some info and PICS of a dual battery set up in a tdi disco. I'm a leco by trade so im cool with the wiring side of things, just some info on the size of battery i can fit in and what mods are needed to be done to relocate the airbox (will probly be fitting a snorkel if that helps).

    Take the intake trumpet off the air cleaner box, re-bracket the power steering reservoir, fit a N70EX battery or similar, then buy a top quality battery isolator off Drivesafe on this forum. Easy as.

    i also have a D1 with dual batt and snorkel. my battery is located where the jack should be, no need to do any major mods from memory. only a small batt though, sorry no pics
