If you wish to replace/get rid of the rubber thingy on the rear diff/tailshaft, you will need a diff drive flange and tailshaft off a Disco fitted with a proper tailshaft that has a uni-joint each end, a trip to the wreckers will help or maybe someone on here or in Marketplace will have one, avg. price for a L/R size unijoint about $35, not a hard job to replace, but if you have no expertise get someone that knows to help, easy peasy when shown how, Regards Frank.

I remember hearing that a rear propshaft from a rrc (interchangeable with the disco) has a unijoint end as opposed to the rubber donut that bolts to the rear diff. Not 100% sure if that's correct, I m sure someone can confirm.
Cheers
