    I was replying to Phat-Customs about his Radiator cap which works exactly the same as your screw-on header tank cap, so if you don't have the symptons of a blown head gasket, you can rest easy, Regards Frank.

    My only added advise would be to check the water level inside of the tank once a week, Saturday mornings is when I give my old girl a going over, oil, water and general check to see if there is anything glaringly not right.

    I haven't really had to add any water but it's a very cheap insurance as boiling an aluminium engine can cost big$$$
