    Disco speedo wrong....

    Gday all i took a Disco 94? TDI manual with 235/70/16's for a run today and to be honest the speedo was telling me 40km/h but it was more like 60km/h and the same with 80km/h being more like 100km/h

    any idea's whats up with it

    Speedo gets its signal from a transducer on the transfer box and I've heard the drives wear out (should be square but end up round) . Part number should be AMR1253 Transducer Speed and the O-ring seal is 571665

    Especially if the square/triangular drive shaft has not been inserted correctly.
