Usually if the wheels are off you can knock them out from the inside. If you try to lever them from the outside you might damage them.
The little plastic centres of the alloy wheels on my Disco (with "Land Rover" stamped on it)...can they be removed? If so how?
I tried searching and even reading the owners manual for it first![]()

just take your wheels off and give them a gentle tap with the handle end of a hammer or handle end of a screw driver from the outside in and they will just pop out, If you dont take the wheel off and the clips are still good they will more than likely fowl on the axle flange.....easy peasy japanesy![]()
amn I thought there might be a way to get them off without taking a wheel off. I'm just trying to swap one from car to car because one on the car I'm keeping is scratched (don't know if it was like that before I took it in for a RWC...Frank you might be able to tell me) and I'd rather sell the scratched one off with the car I sell so I'm left with four good ones. Don't know if I want to do it that much that I want to take a couple of wheels off though...maybe on the weekend![]()
