    300tdi loss of power

Well, I drove through a pretty sizable puddle tonight and then lost power pretty quickly. The engine cut out maybe 10 sec after. I went through pretty fast - a bit under 60kph. Luckily it sorted itself out after resting for about 20 min and then idled roughly for another 5. Any ideas as to what caused it (other than my driving through the puddle)?
    Cheers.

    orrr,
perhaps water about the fuel cut solenoid made it a touchy connection clicking the solenoid in and out. Once dried it was happy?

-Id be pulling the airbox and seeing if any water is at/past the filter.
-If not then check the connection on the fuel cut solenoid at the injection pump.

'tis only gonna be one of the two! Once running air and dieso is all it needs!

All seems well, I checked out the filter which was dry. There actually did seem to be quite a bit of white smoke, I just assumed it was because it was so cold.
    Thanks for the help!
