Thread: keeping smooth ride

I have a roof tent on the back of the roof and winch(warn power plant HD with the compressor) in front. each on is like 60Kg.
for keeping the same comfort ride of my V8 97' disco, does 2'' HD tough dog springs are O.K or medium spring are better?
