I wasn't aware that Cadillac made a gearbox under their brand name, let alone a truck gearbox. The 2011 models use a 6L90 Hydramatic mostly, and in models where it is an option, a 6 speed manual, forget the brand, from an outside supplier. The manual box must have some strength as it is fitted to the 556 horsepower 380 c.i. supercharged and intercooled V8 in the CTS-V sporty models. Cadillac's least powerful engine offering is 292 horsepower.
