I thought the Karcraft price was resonable, they are a business after all and have to make a profit, price also includes GST and you can return if any issues as already mentioned.

Add a 'P' gasket if you do the water pump as three of the bolts that hold the water pump on pass through the 'P' gasket and it does weep when the tension is released from changing the pump over.
Those three bolts can corrode, so run your eye over them as well.
