I'm having a break for now but I will definitely check that stuff. It's probably worth mentioning that a while ago I noticed there was a water stain on the inside of the glass...rather the rest of the windscreen was kind of dirty and water had obviously leaked somewhere and ran down the inside of the screen to behind the dash. The strange thing was that when I noticed this mark I checked and checked and found no hint of moisture on the head lining above it or the dash mat below it, nothing. Also I'd sit there in the pouring rain before a drive in it, after a drive in it, all different scenarios and there was never a hint of anything leaking at the top of that water mark. I did have the windscreen replaced when I bought the car for RWC purposes but I'm pretty sure they did a good job and like I said it's never looked like it leaked, but to this day I haven't cleaned the inside of the screen and that mark is still there.

It's kind of 10cm from the middle of the screen towards the passenger side of the car.

Yep, I had that leak for years, but on the driver's side of the mirror but it disappeared after O'Briens replaced the screen a couple of years ago. I put it down to bad installation in the factory.

Interesting that this all happened during a downpour but it won't take you long to cast your peepers over the points I mentioned, then shove a 1/2" hose in the top drains & catch what comes out in a bucket.
