Hi just wondering if a 1994 transfer case and front + rear diffs will fit in a 1991 discovery. Sorry but im new to 4wds.

The early Discos had the 10-spline diffs/shafts whereas the later ones had 24 splines. Dave just meant you have to assure your parts are compatible as the date the changes were inflicted was about 1994-ish.
