Haven't heard back from my old mates yet so dunno if the diaphragm material is still available. If I hear anything, I'll post it up.

Not that it really matters too much, but I got the name wrong
Think its called sisiara. Pullmaflex is/was made by another company...!

Put a wheel barrow tyre tube under the seat and blow it up, not literally, but just till its comfy ..

I had 2 go on me, once the day I bought it driving home from Brizzy to Hervey Bay, pulled into Landrover spares in Gympie & got a 2nd hand one there. Then a couple of weeks later that one went, I'm about 105-110 kilos so am not that heavy . I took both seats out & with some thin nylon rope just did a shoelace type of thing between the 2 bars that the diaphragm connects to, with it still there.
It works a treat if making it a bit firmer but that was me & how tight I made the rope, did it on both so there'd be no surprises with the passenger one for wife LOL

I went down Clarke Rubber and chose some material from there and recreated the original item.
Works fine, probably should have got the thicker stuff though since first go tore a bit.

Whyatt's Automotive in Geraldton can order them in, well at least they could. I dont know if they will post to the East though. I had one fitted about 2 yrs ago, if I remember correctly the cost was minimal. There's a link under recommended suppliers.

Been looking on the interweb - I think ideally I'd want new diaphragms and seat base cushions (as they seem a bit squashed) However while I haven't got a shipping quote I am pretty sure that the cost of bringing in bulky items like that would be prohibitive ?!
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
