300Tdi Body Removal
Anyone have any experience lifting a 300tdi Disco body off the chassis?
I want to give the chassis a respray, as well as do some mechanical work. I also need to do a rust repair on the body rear crossmember and thought this might be the easiest option.
Thanks
Geoff

body removal
Hi
I've done a few body removals in the past the last one was swapping a disco body for a classic. Not that big a job as long as you have a hoist. seatbelt anchors 10xbody mounts. fuel lines. earthstrap. brake lines. clutchline. plus centre console stuff. steering arm. auto cooler lines.air box and dissconect harness. I think that is all you could have it off in under 2 hours. If you w ant to chat about it pm me your number.
cheers jake
