    D3 lights into a D1

Well, made a start on the big front end transformation today.
Lots of cutting with the grinder and it's looking like a massive job.
As soon as I am able I will put up some pics.

I'm going to be a couple of weeks on these. I've got one side almost fitting. Just need to work out the final modifications to get it in properly and looking right. Then just duplicate to the drivers side.
Then sort the wiring, yet to find plugs for that.
    Otherwise all going well!

I have to ask - why do this. Seems like a waste of effort - some well aimed 4300K HIDs will work as well.

I'm interested to see the end result but I'm pretty sure no one will be saying that

I just want to do something a little out of the ordinary.
If it was about the candle power, I'd just fit some spotties.
