The other alternative with servicing, if your husband it somewhat familiar with the tools.... get hold of a Haynes manual, easily available online. This is not a shop manual, it is aimed at you and me, so you don't have to decipher shop techniques and tools, they explain what you need to know.
I have never worked as a mechanic, only used Haynes manuals to service my vehicles and I feel confident to do most jobs myself. Then you know a job has been done properly, you know good quality oil is being used, you don't have to take it anywhere for servicing and you know when your vehicle will be ready again!

the dude was; the last time he came out for 'roadside service', my hubby did all the work! Anyway, told him in no uncertain terms that even with an added discount their batteries were still overpriced
! I paid $169 for a 620cca with a 3 year warranty at Super Cheap - RACQ were offering 600cca with 2 year warranty for $190!
