I have been told on numerous occasions that if you don't get longer shocks to suit your lifted springs, eventually you'll rip the bottom out of your shocks when they get to full extension... not something you would want to deal with when it happens

If you can, buy a lift in the full kit, that way its all under warranty together, its designed to work together,

And for pete's sake, stay away from ironman, efs and king springs...

    Suspensions

    Hi

I have just bought a Disco 1 v8 (after trying many) and it has Dominator springs and EFS shocks, I think, giving it a 2" ride height. It handles well but has no sway bars though. The ride is supple and doesn't sway or wallow like I suspected.

    Good luck with the fitout!!
